Bring an existing formula or technical specification for review against material availability, production needs, filling, packaging, testing, and any required adaptation. An unchanged transfer between suppliers or facilities should not be assumed.
Start with a product brief, authorized benchmark, reference sample, or desired texture. The reference helps define the direction, but exact duplication of a formula or finished product should not be assumed.
Bring a selected material, active system, delivery technology, or ingredient requirement when supplier information and handling guidance are available for review.

Formula review
Rixin reviews whether the proposed formula direction can fit the product brief, intended use, target market, and agreed project scope before it moves toward sampling and production planning.
Review can cover whether ingredients work together, deliver the desired texture and skin feel, remain suitable through storage and use, and work with the intended package and dispensing route. Where relevant, this includes technical factors such as pH, solubility, dispersion, preservation, viscosity, stability, testing needs, filling behavior, and exposure to heat, light, or air.
The relevant questions change with the product format. A toner, serum, emulsion, cleanser, mask, body product, hair product, or sunscreen can require different formula, package, and evaluation considerations. Explore Skincare Product Categories
Laboratory development
A development sample represents a reviewed formula direction. It allows the agreed texture, appearance, fragrance, application, and other characteristics to be evaluated, and technically feasible adjustments may be considered within the confirmed project scope.
A sample alone does not confirm production-scale repeatability, packaging compatibility, required testing, regulatory requirements, long-term stability, market suitability, or production readiness. Buyer feedback and approval follow the separate sampling process.
From laboratory to production
Before production, Rixin reviews whether the approved formula can be repeated at batch scale and filled consistently into the selected package. The exact checks depend on the product and manufacturing route.
These checks can include raw-material consistency, order of addition, mixing, temperature control, viscosity development, filling conditions, package interface, and batch specifications. Material substitutions or process changes are not automatic equivalents and may require reassessment.

Selected material information
If you bring a selected ingredient or supplier material, Rixin may need enough information to understand how it could affect the formula and manufacturing route. A familiar ingredient name does not identify the complete material supplied to manufacturing.
Useful information can include the supplier or material name, official cosmetic ingredient list (INCI), concentration or use basis, physical format, handling or incorporation guidance, and available supplier technical documents.
Supplier information supports material assessment; it does not by itself establish finished-product stability, compatibility, performance, safety, or market claims.
