Facility overview
Long-term experience supporting cosmetic product development and manufacturing.
Manufacturing and project coordination based in Zhuhai, Guangdong.
Formula preparation, bulk manufacturing, filling, assembly, and finished-goods handling are reviewed as connected production stages.
Project fit
This facility page may be relevant if you have an approved formula and packaging plan, need formula development, need packaging compatibility review, or are preparing production after sampling and approval.
Manufacturing planning begins only after the relevant inputs are confirmed for the project.
Production environment
Your formula, batch size and packaging determine which production steps apply. Rixin’s production environment may involve the following connected areas.
Materials and packaging components are received, identified, and stored so the confirmed project can move into preparation.
Materials are prepared for the formula’s production needs before bulk manufacturing begins.
The formula and package are prepared for filling, closure application, component assembly, and secondary packaging.
Completed units are identified, packed, stored temporarily, and prepared for shipment as agreed.

Bulk manufacturing
Bulk production depends on the confirmed formula, batch requirements, packaging, filling route, and project requirements. Depending on the formula, the bulk product may be mixed, heated, cooled or emulsified before it is checked for filling.
If your formula is not yet approved, start with formula development before planning production.
Production completion
The formula and packaging must work together so the product can be filled, sealed, dispensed and handled reliably. Formula viscosity and flow, package format, pumps, droppers, jars, tubes, bottles, filling and sealing requirements, and pack configuration can all affect the project.
After the formula and packaging direction are confirmed, the project may proceed through filling, closure or pump assembly, label or carton application, packing, and finished-goods handling. Package and production fit should be reviewed before manufacturing is scheduled.

Project planning
Use these resources to prepare the information and decisions that help Rixin review your project.
Organize the product, formula, packaging, target market, quantity, timing, testing, and documentation details you know.
Prepare Your Project RequirementsSee how confirmed formula, packaging, artwork, and order details affect minimum order quantity and production timing.
Understand MOQ and Lead TimeUnderstand the sample-feedback and formula-approval work that comes before production planning.
Review Sampling and Formula ApprovalFacility evidence
Facility photographs should identify the actual area, equipment, or operation shown. One image does not establish every production capability, and equipment suitability depends on the confirmed formula, package, batch, and project requirements.
Check each certificate for the named facility, standard, validity date and scope. See the certifications page for the published details.
