Caffeine is commonly used in eye-area products, while published clinical studies often combine it with Vitamin K, peptides, Vitamin C derivatives, or botanical ingredients. Use de-puffing or dark-circle language only when the finished formula has suitable substantiation.
A 2026 randomized double-blind paired trial found improved cellulite scores with a specific 2% Caffeine nano-cream after 12 weeks. That result belongs to the tested nano-delivery system and is not a universal Caffeine use-level recommendation.
A 2025 systematic review found nine topical Caffeine hair-loss trials, but most evidence was low or very low quality and concentrations were often poorly reported. Hair-density or hair-loss claims therefore need product-specific evidence and market review.
